Is it possible for my pet to get an infection even post vaccination

If a vaccinated pet that the disease for which it has received the vaccine, it is unfortunately due to region view the vaccine could not stimulate the immune system of the pad sufficiently enough to protect against disease,the reason could be-

High level of maternal antibody,failure of pet immune system to respond,genetics,vaccine itself
